Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with PGM Golf. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products/services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is posted)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)

4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
